Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic three-point suture in the treatment of patients with anterior cruciate ligament tibial arrest avulsion fracture.Methods:A total of 100 patients with anterior cruciate ligament tibial arrest avulsion fracture admitted to Jiaozhou Hospital Affiliated to Dongfang Hospital of Tongji University from August 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group(n=43)and a study group(n=57)according to random envelope method.The control group was treated with arthroscopic wire fixation,and the study group was treated with arthroscopic three-point suture.Both groups were observed for 6 months after operation.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indexes,joint function,pain degree,occurrence of the complications and traumatic stress indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 98.25%,which was higher than 86.05%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in hospitalization time,fracture healing time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The first weight-bearing time after surgery and operation time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,scores of International Knee Documentation Committee and Lysholm Knee Score in both groups were higher than before surgery,and the study group were higher than the control group,on day 7 after surgery,scores of Pain Visual Analogue Scales in both groups were lower than on day 3 after surgery,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of adrenocortical hormone,aldosterone and cortisol in 2 groups were higher than those in 1 day after surgery,but the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 3.51%,which was lower than 16.28%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with anterior cruciate ligament tibial arrest avulsion fracture,arthroscopic three-point suture has a short operation time and good therapeutic effect,which can further relieve the postoperative traumatic stress and pain degree of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve joint function,and promote the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients.关键词
