锁骨钩形钢板固定术治疗肩锁关节脱位患者的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of clavicular hook plate fixation in the treatment of patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation and analyze the effect on shoulder joint function.Methods:A total of 68 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation admitted to Yicheng District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was fixed with Kirschner needle tension band combined with steel wire and screw,and the study group was fixed with clavicular hook plate.The operative indexes,shoulder joint function,shoulder joint range of motion and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The healing time,hospitalization time and operation time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of blood loss during operation was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the Constant-Murley shoulder function scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the shoulder flexion and abduction motion were higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 2.94%,which was lower than 20.59%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One and three months after surgery,the visual analogue scores of pain of Subjective Shoulder Rating Systen in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the cumulative daily activity scores were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clavicular hook plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation can effectively improve the relevant indexes and shoulder joint function and mobility of patients during surgery,which is conducive to the recovery of shoulder joint function after surgery and reduce the occurrence of complications,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
