Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of transcatheter arterial embolization(TAE)combined with laparoscopic partial hepatectomy in patients with hepatic rupture.Methods:A total of 96 patients with hepatic rupture admitted to Hancheng People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic partial hepatectomy,and the study group was treated with TAE combined with laparoscopic partial hepatectomy.The relevant indexes,hospital stay,the occurrence of complications and liver function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,hilar occlusion time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 7 days after operation,glutamic pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 8.89%,which was lower than 24.44%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TAE combined with laparoscopic partial hepatectomy in patients with hepatic rupture has good safety,can improve the efficiency of surgery and treatment,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and promote the recovery of liver function.关键词
