摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ICU emergency comprehensive therapy in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods:Data of 96 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to Tianjin Kanghui Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment plans, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the study group was treated with ICU emergency comprehensive therapy. The total effective rate, hemodynamic level and clinical indexes of the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.92%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after treatment, the blood oxygen saturation of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after treatment, the Glasgow Coma Scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ICU emergency comprehensive treatment for patients with severe craniocerebral injury can improve the clinical efficacy, hemodynamic level and clinical indexes, and has high clinical application value.关键词
