Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of transfrontal approach neuroendoscopic surgery on hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage(HBGH).Methods:A total of 100 HBGH patients admitted to Wudi County People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as research objects and divided into a control group and a study group with 50 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional craniotomy,and the study group was treated with transfrontal approach neuroendoscopic surgery.The perioperative indexes,nerve function,life ability,neurotrophic factor level and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results:The consciousness recovery time,operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the clearance rate of hematoma was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months after surgery,the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in both groups were lower than before surgery,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the scores of the Activities of Daily Living scale in both groups were higher than before surgery,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At 3 days after surgery,the levels of neurospecific enolase in both groups were lower than before surgery,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group;the levels of glial fibroacidic protein,brain-derived neurotrophic factor and nerve growth factor in both groups were higher than before surgery,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The Glasgow Coma Scale score classification of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transfrontal approach neuroendoscopic surgery for HBGH patients can effectively clear hematoma,promote the postoperative recovery process,promote the secretion of neurotrophic factors,improve nerve function and life ability,and obtain a good prognosis.关键词
