Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of patients with anterior iliac fossa small incision approach combined with limited Pfannenstiel approach for internal fixation in the treatment of acetabular fractures.Methods:A total of 68 patients with acetabular fracture admitted to Yancheng No.1 People's Hospital from March 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The study group was treated with anterior iliac fossa small incision approach combined with limited Pfannenstiel approach for internal fixation,while the control group was treated with traditional internal fixation.The hip function,surgical indexes,pain degree and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the surgery,the Harris Hip Scale score in the study group was(75.96±5.62)points,which was significantly higher than(64.27±5.54)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,first time out of bed and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of surgical bleeding was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after intervention,the pain Numeric Rating Scale scores of the study group were(2.79±0.27)points,(2.24±0.33)points and(1.53±0.20)points,respectively,which were lower than(3.97±0.36)points,(2.96±0.30)points and(2.68±0.16)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 8.82%,which was lower than 23.52%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of anterior iliac fossa small incision approach combined with limited Pfannenstiel approach in the treatment of patients of acetabular fracture can promote the postoperative functional recovery of patients,shorten the operation time and hospital stay,reduce the amount of surgical bleeding,relieve postoperative pain,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications,which has high clinical application value.关键词
