戊糖片球菌GZ0620的益生作用及对结肠炎的改善研究
Probiotic effects of Pediococcus pentosaceus strain GZ0620 and its improvement on colitis

Abstract
A strain of Pediococcus pentosaceus GZ0620 was isolated from naturally fermented sour pepper foods,and its probiotic properties and effects on colitis in animals were investigated.In vitro safety assess-ment test showed that the strain exhibited no hemolysis phenomenon,and was sensitive(S)or intermediate(I)to all six tested antibiotics,including clarithromycin.The mean survival rate of the strain was 90.91%in simulated gastric fluid for 3 hours,and 76.27%survival rate after 6 hours in simulated intestinal fluid.The mean adhesion to human colorectal cancer cells(HT-29)was 18.55%.In vitro bacteriostatic tests showed that the strain effectively inhibited the growth of common intestinal pathogens,including Campylobacter je-juni,Escherichia coli,Campylobacter coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella typhimurium,and Pseudo-monas aeruginosa.In a mouse model induced by dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)revealed that the symptoms of hematochezia were alleviated in the probiotic treatment group,with significant reductions in serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α.This strain exhibited both preventive and therapeutic effects on DSS-induced colitis in mice.In summary,P.pentosaceus GZ0620 demonstrates strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties,indicating its potential application in functional foods for humans and animals.关键词
