基于多项式流速特征的核电机组蒸汽发生器关键参数辨识
Key parameters identification of steam generator of nuclear reactor with polynomial characteristic of flow rates

Abstract
As a core device of nuclear reactor,steam generator is used to transfer the fission energy from pri-mary circuit to secondary circuit of nuclear reactor.The key parameter identification of steam generator can help to improve the design of nuclear power unit partly or whole,estimate the working condition of nuclear re-actor timely and accurately,and optimize the control and management strategy of nuclear reactor.In this pa-per,the polynomial characteristic of liquid flow rate and gas flow rate of steam generator are extracted in or-der to analyze and model its operation mechanism.Models are established for the three key parameters,i.e.,the valve opening parameter,the reference water level parameter and the valve CV parameter.To reduce the complexity and uncertainty,the models are further optimized.Then the key parameter identification is real-ized by using a multi-layer perceptron(MLP).Simulation results show that the performance of the method is quite well.Compared to the gas and liquid flow rate curves corresponding to the actual parameters,the aver-age error rates of the gas and liquid flow rate curves corresponding to the identified parameters are 0.28%and 0.32%,respectively.关键词
