Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nail and steel plate fixation in the treatment of patients with femoral fracture.Methods:The data of 80 patients with femoral fracture admitted to Xianning Central Hospital from January 2021 to August 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into a study group and a control group according to different treatment regimens,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with steel plate fixation and the study group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indexes,recovery,hip function,stress response indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and drainage volume were less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay,start time of weight-bearing and fracture healing time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the motion of knee joint and ankle joint were greater than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three days after surgery,the levels of cortisol,norepinephrine and angiotensin Ⅱ in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,all dimensions of the scores of Harris Hip Scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.50%,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of femoral fracture,interlocking intramedullary nail fixation,compared with steel plate,fixation can improve clinical efficacy and safety,improve patients'perioperative indexes,promote rehabilitation process,improve hip function,reduce traumatic stress reaction,and have higher clinical application value.关键词
