摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate of the anesthesia effect and safety of Propofol combined with Etomidate in percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods:A total of 107 OVCF patients treated with PVP admitted to Gaomi Second People's Hospital from March 2020 to September 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group(n=54)and a study group(n=53)according to the random number table method. The control group was anesthetized with Etomidate alone, while the study group was anesthetized with Propofol compounded with Etomidate. The vital signs, the adverse reactions and the cognitive dysfunction occurrence were compared between the two groups. Results:At 5 min after the induction of anesthesia, the beginning of the operation and the end of the operation, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the blood oxygen saturation were higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of perioperative adverse reactions in the study group was 16.98%,which was higher than 11.11%in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in the study group was 0.00%,which was lower than 11.11%in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Propofol combined with Etomidate can provide smoother anesthesia effect in percutaneous vertebroplasty of patients with OVCF,and the incidence of perioperative adverse reactions and postoperative cognitive dysfunction is relatively low, which is a safe and effective anesthesia regimen.关键词
