Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation on rehabilitation process and stress factor levels in patients with tibial fracture.Methods:Data of 87 patients with tibial fracture admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Longxi County from July 2020 to February 2024 were retrospectioely analyzed,and were divided into the minimally invasive internal fixation group(n=41)and the open internal fixation group(n=46)according to different treatment methods.The minimally invasive internal fixation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation,the open internal fixation group was treated with open reduction internal fixation.The recovery process,the recovery status of limb function,the stress factor levels and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation duration,fracture healing time and hospital stay in the minimally invasive internal fixation group were shorter than those in the open internal fixation group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the open internal fixation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,the recovery excellent and good rate of limb function in the minimally invasive internal fixation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 80.43%in the open internal fixation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One day after surgery,the levels of substance P,cortisol,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in the minimally invasive internal fixation group were lower than those in the open internal fixation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the minimally invasive internal fixation group was 7.32%,which was lower than 23.91%in the open internal fixation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation can accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients with tibial fractures,alleviate traumatic stress,promote the recovery of limb function,and reduce the risk of complications.关键词
