Abstract
Objective:To investigate the baseline characteristics of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with acute kidney injury(AKI),and to retrospectively analyze the risk factors in a single center.Methods:Data of 176 patients with cirrhosis hospitalized in Pucheng County Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed in a single center.They were divided into a AKI group(n=51)and a non-AKI group(n=121)according to whether they had concurrent AKI.The baseline characteristics of the two groups were compared and the risk factors of liver cirrhosis complicated with AKI were analyzed by multiple Logistic regression.Results:Among 176 patients with cirrhosis,51 cases were complicated with AKI,the incidence was 28.98%.There were no statistically significant differences in age,sex,body mass index,etiology and underlying diseases between the two groups(P>0.05).Child-Pugh grade C,upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,hepatic encephalopathy,ascites and infection(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,hepatic encephalopathy,ascites,infection and Child-Pugh grade C were independent risk factors for cirrhosis complicated with AKI(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk factors of liver cirrhosis complicated with AKI are upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,hepatic encephalopathy,ascites,infection,and Child-Pugh grade C.Paying attention to complications,and Child-Pugh grade during clinical intervention can provide reference for the prevention of AKI.关键词
