摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the rescue effect of emergency nursing procedures and systematic nursing on multiple trauma patients. Methods:A total of 100 patients with multiple trauma admitted to Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received traditional nursing, the observation group received emergency nursing procedures and systematic nursing. The indexes of rescue time, occurrence of adverse events, disease status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The time of venous access establishment, drug use, airway management, blood sample delivery time, first CT examination time and emergency operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 18.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of emergency nursing procedures and system nursing for multiple trauma patients is ideal, which can improve the rescue effect, reduce the incidence of adverse events, shorten the rescue time, and has high application value.关键词
