Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic nursing combined with psychological nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A retrospection analysis was conducted on the data of 100 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Liangshan County People's Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic nursing combined with psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom scores,adverse psychological stress reaction,quality of life and limb motor function were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of clinical symptoms in the observation group were lower than those the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale And Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were(30.44±2.24)points and(30.45±2.59)points,respectively,which was lower than(40.39±2.15)points and(41.77±2.04)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores in the MOS Item Short From Health Survey of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment score of the observation group was(79.22±3.25)points,which was higher than(60.33±4.25)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention is ideal for stroke patients with hemiplegia,which can improve their clinical symptoms and adverse psychological stress reaction,and effectively improve their limb motor function and quality of life.关键词
