白假丝酵母菌与阴道微生态的关系研究进展
Research progress on relationship between Candida albicans and vaginal microecology
摘要
Abstract
Vaginal microecology is an important part of female microecosystem,which is mainly composed of vaginal anatomy,microflora,endocrine regulation system and vaginal local immune system,which jointly maintain the dynamic balance of vaginal microecosystem.Vaginal fungal flora is a collection of genetic material(including genomes and specific genes)carried by all fungal species colonized in the vagina,among which the most common opportunistic bacteria is Candi-da albicans,whose growth is usually affected by other microorganisms and suppressed by the host immune system.In terms of the number of bacteria in the vagina,although the number of fungi(dominated by Candida alba)is not as large as the number of bacteria,fungi play an integral role in maintaining the balance of the vaginal ecosystem in many healthy women.Candida albicans is a common colonizing bacterium of vaginal flora.The change of its structure and quantity can not only lead to the occurrence of vulvovaginal candida albicans disease,but also play a key role in the occurrence of vari-ous vaginal diseases through the interaction between Candida albicans itself,surrounding bacterial flora and host immune system.关键词
