Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of graded nursing based on quantitative assessment combined with crisis management on prognosisin patients with acute trauma.Methods:A total of 76 cases with acute trauma patients admitted to Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical University from January 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,patients treated from January 2022 to December 2022 were the control group,and patients treated from January 2023 to May 2024 were the observation group,with 38 cases in each group.All patients received conventional emergency treatment.On this basis,the control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group received graded nursing based on quantitative assessment combined with crisis management.The nursing related time indexes,occurrence of adverse events,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The condition evaluation time,preoperative preparation time and green channel residence time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events after emergency treatment in the observation group was 2.63%,which was lower than 21.05%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing,ward management,nursing efficiency,item management and nursing documents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than 73.68%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of graded nursing based on quantitative assessment combined with crisis management for patients with acute trauma can significantly improve nursing efficiency and quality,improve patients'nursing satisfaction,and help reduce the incidence of adverse events such as infection and mucosal ulcer.关键词
