Abstract
Objective:To investigate the risk factors of infection in patients with upper gastrointestinal perforation(UGIP)after laparoscopic repair. Methods:Data of 101 UGIP patients admitted to Wenshang County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent laparoscopic repair and were divided into an infected group(n=22)and a non-infected group(n=79)according to the incidence of postoperative infection. The clinical data such as age and gender of all patients were collected, and the risk factors of postoperative infection were analyzed. Results:Among 101 patients,22 cases developed postoperative infection, with an incidence rate of 21.78%.The results of univariate analysis showed that the proportions of age≥60 years old, diabetes mellitus, operation time≥60 min and hypoproteinemia in the infected group were higher than those in the non-infected group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in gender, perforation site, hypertension, diabetes, smoking history and drinking history between the two groups(P>0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis results showed that age≥60 years old, diabetes mellitus, operation time≥60 min and hypoproteinemia were independent risk factors for infection after laparoscopic repair in UGIP patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of infection after laparoscopic repair in UGIP patients is closely related to age≥60 years old, diabetes mellitus, operation time≥60 min,and hypoproteinemia.Clinical attention should be paid to the prevention work to reduce the incidence of infection.关键词
