Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value and imaging features of high field magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and multi-slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT)in the diagnosis of occult fracture of knee joint.Methods:Data of 80 patients with highly suspected occulted fractures admitted to Zoucheng People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were examined by high field MRI and MSCT.Using arthroscopic results as the gold standard,the positive diagnostic results and lesion information diagnostic results of high-field MRI and MSCT were compared,the diagnostic efficiencies were calculated,including sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,negative predictive value.Results:The positive sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,negative predictive value of high field intensity MRI for occult fracture were 95.31%,93.75%,95.00%,98.39%,83.33%,respectively,compared with 92.19%,93.75%,92.50%,98.33%,75.00%of MSCT,there were no significant differences(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value between high-field MRI and MSCT in detecting the lesions of occult fractures(joint effusion,ligament injury,bone marrow edema,meniscus injury,tendon rupture)(P>0.05).Conclusion:High field MRI and MSCT have similar diagnostic value in the diagnosis of occult fracture of knee joint and its pathological information,and both can accurately evaluate joint effusion,ligament injury,bone marrow edema,meniscus injury,tendon rupture and other lesions.关键词
