摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods:The clinical data of 90 elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Changshu from January 2021 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into a control group and a study group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conservative treatment, and the study group received percutaneous vertebroplasty. The pain degree, vertebral function, vertebral condition and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results:At 1 week,1 and 6 months after treatment, the Visual Analogue Scores and Osewestry Disability Index scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after treatment, the height of anterior vertebrae of injured vertebrae in both groups were higher than before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group, the Cobb angle in both groups were smaller than before treatment, and the study group was smaller than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 97.78%,which was higher than 82.22%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous vertebroplasty can effectively improve the treatment effect of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture, not only reduce the pain degree of patients, but also improve the vertebral condition, which is conducive to the recovery of vertebral function.关键词
