Study on cyclic tensile and compressive mechanical properties of 600 MPa grade steel sleeve grouting connection
摘要
Abstract
The experimental study on the mechanical properties of 600 MPa grade steel sleeve grouting connection under cyclic loading can provide a theoretical basis for the application of high strength steel sleeve grouting connection joints.In this paper,14 joint specimens were made with HRB600E steel bars,high-strength cement-based grouting materials and GDPS sleeves,the structural performance of steel sleeve grouting joints under high stress and large deformation repeated tension and compression loads was studied.The joint was simulated the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the variation law of contact compressive stress between sleeve grouting materials was studied.The results show that the anchorage length of steel bar and the number of sleeve ring ribs have great influence on the strength and deformation performance of the joint;For the design parameters of the grouting connection joint of the steel sleeve with a diameter of 28 mm and 600 MPa,it is recommended that the anchorage length of the steel bar is not less than 8d,and the number of ring ribs at each end of the sleeve is not less than six.关键词
