Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with programmed cell death protein-1(PD-1)inhibitor on postoperative recovery of patients with triple negative breast cancer.Methods:A total of 86 patients with triplenegative breast cancer treated in Shouguang People's Hospital from February 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.All patients underwent surgery.Before surgery,the control group was treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and the study group was treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with PD-1 inhibitor.The therapeutic effect,intraoperative blood loss,operative time,immune function index,postoperative pathological grade and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 72.09%,which was lower than 90.70%of the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of blood loss during operation in the control group was higher than that in the study group,and the operation time was longer than that in the study group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+in the control group were lower than those in the study group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The postoperative pathological grade of the study group was better than that of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of the MOS Item Short Form Health Survey in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the control group was lower than the study group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For triplenegative breast cancer patients who need preoperative chemotherapy,neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with PD-1 inhibitor has ideal effect,which is conducive to operation,improvement of quality of life and immune function,and improvement of pathological grade.关键词
