摘要

Abstract

Adding surfactant to fluid can reduce flow resistance and lower energy consumption for fluid transportation.Numerical simulation is used to study the drag reduction mechanism of the viscoelasticity of surfactant solution,and the reliability of Giesekus model is ensured by UDF programming,which focuses on analyzing the difference between the vortex length of surfactant solution and pure water in turbulence state in T-tee;and the evolution law of reflux region with the change of flow parameters in two-dimensional state is analyzed emphatically.The results show that the viscoelastic fluid has a small velocity at the wall,a large velocity at the center,and a small velocity gradient near the wall.The axial length and radial width of the vortex structure are smaller than that of pure water.With the increase of Reynolds number,the change of reflux zone of viscoelastic solution is divided into three stages.In the second stage,the return zone appears in the straight pipe section,and in the third stage,two return zones appear.The length of the reflux region increases with the increase of Reynolds number and decreases with the increase of Weissenberg number,but when the Weissenberg number is greater than 4,the length of the reflux region is basically unchanged.
