新型通风网络下粮仓内臭氧迁移特性的研究
Study of ozone transport characteristics in grain silos under a new ventilation network
摘要
Abstract
Grain is an important material for human survival and an important guarantee for national security.Mechanical ventilation is an important means to avoid the loss of grain in the process of storage by pests and molds.Ventilation network is an important part of mechanical ventilation of granary,and fumigation operation is an effective measure to control pests in grain pile.With the help of user-defined function,the paper simulated the ozone migration rule under the proposed new ventilation network,and compared it with the traditional Gui-shaped ventilation network.The results show that the ozone gas in the grain pile layer by layer presents a stratification phenomenon,and with the increase of the grain pile height,the ozone concentration decreases gradually.The advantage of the new ventilation network is obvious in the early fumigation stage,and becomes more and more obvious with the increase of grain layer height.The vertical riser structure added in the new ventilation network effectively slows down the decomposition of ozone and keeps the ozone concentration distribution in the grain pile at a high level in the whole range.关键词
