CT三维重建在高血压脑出血微创引流手术中的临床应用
Clinical Application of CT 3-Dimensional Reconstruction in Minimally Invasive Drainage Surgery for Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of CT 3-Dimensional reconstruction in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)during minimally invasive drainage surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Songyuan Central Hospital from October 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups underwent minimally invasive drainage surgery,the study group underwent CT 3-Dimensional reconstruction,and the control group underwent magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).The clinical therapeutic indexes,blood pressure indexes and nerve function of the two groups were compared.Results:The first time of getting out of bed and the treatment time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 weeks after surgery,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in both groups were lower than those before surgery,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Two weeks after surgery,the scores of all dimensions in the Neurofunctional Deficit Scale in both groups were higher than those before surgery,and the control group were higher than the study group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with MRI,CT 3-Dimensional reconstruction technique can improve the clinical effect,blood pressure and nerve function in patients with HICH.关键词
