摘要

Abstract

Tetracycline antibiotics have been widely used in breeding and medical industries due to their characteristics of low cost,high efficiency,and broad-spectrum.However,this has also led to the widespread distribution and continuous spread and transfer of tetracycline resistance genes in environmental media such as water,soil,and air,posing a serious threat to ecological security and human health.In this paper,the sources and routes of transmission of tetracycline resistance genes in the environment are summarized,and the ecological health risks they cause are elucidated;In terms of pollution control of tetracycline resistance genes,existing detection methods for tetracycline resistance genes were explored,and the mechanisms,advantages and disadvantages of removal technologies,as well as the removal effects on tetracycline resistance genes were compared and analyzed;The prospects for future research directions in this field are provided,in order to explore the spread and diffusion patterns of tetracycline resistance genes,establish a risk assessment standard system,and effectively control resistance gene pollution with new ideas.
