摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of combined treatment of high ligation of the great saphenous vein combined with intracavitary laser and point extraction technique on perioperative indicators and stress response in patients with moderate to severe varicose veins in the lower limbs. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 84 patients with moderate to severe varicose veins in the lower limbs admitted to Yishui County Mental Health Center from March 2021 to April 2024,according to different surgical methods they were divided into a control group(n=41)and a study group(n=43).The control group were adopted high ligation of the great saphenous vein and point extraction technique treatment, and the study group adopted high ligation of the great saphenous vein combined with intracavitary laser and point extraction technique treatment. The perioperative indicators, stress response, severity of illness, incidence of complications, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:The surgical time, first time getting out of bed after surgery, hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, and postoperative 3 d the score of Pain Visual Analogue Scale was lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Twenty-four hours after surgery, the level of superoxide dismutase of the study group was lower than that in the control group, the levels of malondialdehyde of the study group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Three months after surgery, the Venous Clinical Severity Score in the study group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.65%,which was lower than 21.95%in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Three months after surgery, the all dimensions score of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in the study group were higher than those in the control group in all dimensions, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of high ligation of the great saphenous vein, intracavitary laser and point extraction technique can optimize perioperative indexes, reduce stress reaction and varicose degree, reduce complications and improve quality of life in patients with moderate to severe varicose veins in the lower limbs.关键词
