颈淋巴结清扫损伤指数量表的汉化及信效度检验
Chinese version of the Neck Dissection Impairment Index scale and its reliability and validity test

Abstract
Objective:To translate the Neck Dissection Impairment Index(NDII)scale into Chinese and to test its reliability and validity in patients undergoing neck dissection(ND)for head and neck tumors.Methods:Following the guidelines for cross-cultural adaptation of the self-report scale,and after the steps of pre-translation,integration,back translation,expert committee evaluation and pre-investigation,the NDII scale was translated into Chinese.A total of 113 patients with neck dissection who were re-examined in Beijing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from March 2024 to May 2024 were selected by convenience sampling method.And the reliability and validity of the NDII scale were tested by using the Chinese version NDII scale.Results:The content validity index for each item of the Chinese version NDII scale ranged from 0.857 to 1.000.The content validity index at the overall scale level was 0.900.And the average content validity index at the scale level was 0.986.The NDII scale was highly correlated with CMS score(r=0.817,P<0.01),moderately correlated with physical pain(BP)dimension(r=0.648,P<0.01)and physiological function(PF)dimension(r=0.661,P<0.01)and neck function(PF)dimension(r=0.661,P<0.01)of SF-36,and weakly correlated with neck function pain score(r=-0.340,P<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference in terms of the NDII scale scores between two groups of patients undergoing neck dissection for head and neck tumors,divided by whether the neck function normal or not(P<0.01).The Cronbach's α coefficient of the NDII scale was 0.901.And the test-retest reliability was 0.959.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the NDII scale is a single dimensional scale.It has good validity and reliability,as well as good operability.And it could be used as a specific assessment tool for neck and shoulder function and related quality of life evaluation in neck dissection patients undergoing neck dissection for head and neck tumors.关键词
