基于ICU病人家属视角实施虚拟现实技术促进和障碍因素的质性研究
Qualitative research on the promotion and obstacle factors of virtual reality technology based on the perspective of ICU patients' families

Abstract
Objective:To understand the promotion and obstacles related to the implementation of virtual reality(VR)technology based on the perspective of ICU patients' family members,and to provide a basis for the development of VR technology intervention program and promote patient rehabilitation.Methods:The phenomenological research method in qualitative research was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 10 respondents,and the Colaizzi 7 step analysis method was used to sort,code and analyze the data and refine the themes.Results:The promoting factors of the implementation of VR technology visit and rehabilitation exercise include:enhanced interaction,participation and subjective initiative;shortening the course of the patient's disease,promoting patient rehabilitation;improving the negative emotions of patients;the obstacles include:occasional discomfort;single content form;high technology development costs.Conclusions:Medical and nursing staff should make full use of the promoting factors of VR technology in the application of ICU patients'visit and rehabilitation exercise,and take corresponding measures to avoid the obstacles,develop more scientific and perfect VR technology intervention program,and promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients.关键词
