调气护脉指导中风预防的理论与实践
Theory and Practice of Regulating Qi and Protecting Vessels to Guide Stroke Prevention
摘要
Abstract
Guided by the theory of"activating qi and vessels"and"regulating qi to maintain balance"without damaging blood vessels in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,and based on the core pathogenesis of"depression damaging six meridians and blood vessels"before the onset of stroke,we establish the theory and clinical plan of regulating qi and protecting vessels to prevent stroke,which is led by regulating qi,taking resolving depression as the means,and aiming at protecting the blood vessels to prevent stroke.It emphasizes the management and protection in the whole life cycle,regulates qi and protects vessels for the prevention of diseases,and mainly adjusts life style.Those who are already ill should be treated with regulating qi and protecting vessels,attaching equal importance to lifestyle and medication treatment.The specific treatment methods,formulas,and herbs should be based on the deficiency,excess,and classification of depression in clinical practice.关键词
