生理盐水雾化联合主动呼吸循环技术在肺结核痰液标本留取中的应用
Application of physiological saline atomization combined with active cycle of breathing techniques in sputum specimens of pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the practical application value of physiological saline atomization combined with active cycle of breathing techniques(ACBT)in improving the quality of sputum samples of pulmonary tuberculosis patients and improving the positive rate of pathogenic detection,so as to provide scientific guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:A total of 206 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients hospitalized in the Second People's Hospital of Fuyang City from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The observation group used saline atomization combined with ACBT to collect morning sputum,and the control group used conventional natural expectoration method to collect sputum.The general data of the two groups of patients were matched 1∶1 with the Propensity Score Matching(PSM)method to control potential confounding factors.After matching,the quality of sputum and pathogenic examination results of the two groups were compared.Results:A total of 56 pairs of patients were successfully matched using propensity score method.The observation group had better cheese sputum and sputum volume than the control group,while the mucus sputum and saliva volume were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive rates of acid fast bacilli smear examination(AFB),tuberculosis bacilli culture(TB culture),and molecular biology examination(Xpert MTB/RIF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The combination of normal saline atomization and ACBT could improve the quality of sputum samples and the positive rate of pathogenic detection of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.It has important clinical significance for the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis,provides an effective sputum collection strategy for pulmonary tuberculosis patients,and helps to improve the diagnostic efficiency of tuberculosis.关键词
