Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of ADOPT nursing mode on self-care ability and complications of patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy.Methods:70 patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into routine nursing group and ADOPT nursing group using random number table,with 35 cases in each group.Compare the incidence of complications,self-care ability,depression,and satisfaction with nursing between two groups of patients in the near and distant future.Results:The incidence of complications in the ADOPT nursing group was 5.71%,which was lower than that in the conventional nursing group(22.86%)during three months after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);One day before discharge and three months after surgery,the scores of the self-care maintenance scale,self-care detection scale,self-care management scale,and self-care confidence scale in the ADOPT nursing group were higher than those in the conventional nursing group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);One day before discharge and three months after surgery,the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)scores of patients in the ADOPT nursing group were lower than those in the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);At discharge,the nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the ADOPT nursing group was 97.14%,which was higher than the 82.86%in the conventional nursing group.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:ADOPT nursing mode for patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy can improve their self-care ability,reduce the incidence of complications,alleviate their depression and improve their satisfaction with nursing.关键词
