1例超长程体外膜肺氧合支持病人肺移植术后并发重度粒细胞缺乏的护理
Nursing care of a patient with severe agranulocytosis after lung transplantation with extremely prolonged extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support

Abstract
To summrize the nursing experience of a patient with severe agranulocytosis after lung transplantation under prolonged extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)support.In view of the complicated complications of the patient after long-term extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support,the high risk of infection aggravation during severe agranulocytosis,and the difficulty of lung transplantation rehabilitation,some key points of nursing care were suggested including to form a multidisciplinary rescue team and implement individualized treatment plan,to use combined medication and strictly preventing the continuous decrease of neutrophils,to place the patient in a sterile laminar flow bed for protective isolation to perform negative pressure wound therapy to promote wound healing,to implement long-interval renal replacement therapy to improve renal function,to reduce the intensity of anti-rejection treatment to maintain the body's immunity,and to conduct low-intensity continuous rehabilitation training to improve the function of the transplanted lung.Through meticulous treatment and care,the patient successfully withdrew from ECMO after lung transplantation,smoothly passed through the agranulocytosis period,and was transferred to a general ward for daily rehabilitation 60 days after the operation.The follow-up showed that the patient was in good condition.关键词
