柔性钻具侧钻短半径双分支水平井成井-压裂关键技术
Integrated techniques of flexible drilling tools assisted side-tracking short radius dual-branches and fracturing

Abstract
In this study,a dual-branch horizontal well completion-fracturing integration technique using a flexible drilling tool with side-drill of short radius was proposed,in which short-radius horizontal well drilling is combined with hydraulic jet frac-turing with innovatively developed flexible drilling tools and fracturing strings.The new technique includes directional drilling within a 2-4 m ultra-short radius and further horizontally drilling over 50 m,and then toe-point water jet fracturing within the horizontal well branches can be carried out.It can achieve the goals of one well with multi-layers,multi-branches and multi-fractures for enhanced oil recovery.The background for the development of the new technique and its key technical aspects were introduced in this paper.The feasibility and applicability of the technique was verified through the first on-site trial well in Changqing Oilfield.The developed flexible drilling tool was successfully used for dual-branch wellbores(R1 and R2)to be drilled radially along the multi-layered vertical well,in which the R1 branch has a length of 51.00 m with a build-up radi-us of 2.80 m,and the R2 branch has a length of 30.30 m with a build-up radius of 3.18 m.Then the flexible fracturing pipe and bottom sand-perforating fracturing tool were used to conduct toe-point fracturing in the dual-branch horizontal wellbores with cumulative sand volume of 9.00 m3 and a net liquid entry into the well of 198.13 m3.The sand placement success rate is 100%,and the fracturing success rate is also 100%.After the side well drilling and fracturing operations,daily oil pro-duction is increased from 0.84 t to 2.06 t,a 2.45 fold of increase.关键词
