Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of Kegel exercise on serum relaxin and pelvic floor electromyoelectric parameters in postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction patients. Methods:A total of 90 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to Youyang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bioelectric stimulation and the study group was treated with postpartum Kegel exercise. The serum relaxin level, pelvic floor electromyoelectric parameters and total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the serum relaxin level of the study group was(46.12±1.85)ρ/(ng·L),lower than(53.17±2.01)ρ/(ng·L)of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of electromyoelectric parameters of pelvic floor sustained contraction, rapid contraction and endurance contraction in the study group were were(32.05±2.86)cmH2O and(32.03±2.89)cmH2O,respectively,higher than(26.39±2.24)cmH2O、(26.43±2.35)cmH2O in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 75.56%,which was higher than 57.78%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guiding postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction patients to do Kegel exercise can not only reduce their serum relaxin level, but also improve their pelvic floor muscle function, has good therapeutic effect.关键词
