爆轰冲击载荷作用下封隔器锚固系统失效研究
Failure analysis of packer anchorage system under blast impact load
摘要
Abstract
In deep oil and gas well drilling and completion,the safety of the completion tubular column during perforating process has received more and more attention.In this study,a numerical model of the explosive perforation process for the bottom of the well/perforation string/packer well section was established based on the downhole injection conditions and the theory of explosion dynamics,in order to clarify the mechanisms of the explosion blast shock wave generation and reveal its propagation and reflection behavior.Based on the numerical model of shot-hole blast impact,the service reliability of the packer under the impact load and thermal coupling effect was analyzed.The results show that,during the shot-hole blast shock wave propagating to the bottom of the well and to the packer,multiple reflection superposition occurs,and the change of the propagation space can cause a rapid increase of the blast shock wave amplitude.The risk of the packer failure under the blast impact load can be reduced by reducing the taper angle and increasing the tilt and tooth angles of the packer.关键词
