酒浸灵仙通痹方联合皮部理论指导下中医定向透药治疗痛风性关节炎的有效性及安全性分析
Analysis of the Effectiveness and Safety of Wine Soaked Lingxian Tongbi Prescription Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Directional Penetration Therapy Under the Guidance of Cutaneous Regions Theory for Gouty Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of wine soaked Lingxian Tongbi Prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy under the guidance of cutaneous regions theory for gouty arthritis(GA)patients.Methods:A total of 62 GA patients admitted to Qianxinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,on the basis of the control group,the study group received wine soaked Lingxian Tongbi Prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy under the guidance of cutaneous regions theory.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.55%,which was higher than 74.19%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein in the study group was(10.84±1.02)mg/L,which was lower than(15.33±1.58)mg/L,of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of the adverse reactions in the study group was 16.13%,which was not statistically significant compared with 22.58%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wine soaked Lingxian Tongbi Prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy under the guidance of cutaneous regions theory can relieve the symptoms of GA patients,reduce the inflammatory response,and no serious adverse reactions,which has certain application value and is worth clinical reference.关键词
