科研反哺教学在创新护理人才培养中的策略研究
Strategy study on scientific research feedback teaching in the cultivation of innovative nursing talents
摘要
Abstract
Through literature researches and field investigation,this paper analyzed the significance and current situation of scientific research feedback teaching in nursing.And it proposed corresponding strategies,so as to promote the extensive development of innovative nursing talent cultivation through the feedback of scientific research to teaching,and to leverage the role of nursing scientific research in promoting teaching,to accelerate the high-quality development of nursing education.关键词
