Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of myristoylated alanine-rich C kinase substrate(MARCKS),ubiquitin like with PHD and ring finger domains1(UHRF1),hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),Cyclin dependent kinase 12(CDK12)and clinicopathological characteristics in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A totle of 80 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the Jiyang District People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,the pathological tissues and normal tissues adjacent to cancer from patients were collecedt.The expression of MARCKS,UHRF1,HIF-1α,and CDK12 were compared between pathological tissues and normal tissues adjacent to cancer.The relationship between MARCKS,UHRF1,HIF-1α,CDK12 expression and clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of MARCKS,UHRF1,HIF-1α,and CDK12 in pathological tissues were higher than those in normal tissues adjacent to cancer,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of MARCKS,UHRF1,HIF-1α,and CDK12 in patients with TNM stage Ⅲ,lymph node metastasis,low differentiation,tumor diameter≥5 cm were higher than those in patients with TNM stage Ⅰ～Ⅱ,no lymph node metastasis,high differentiation,and tumor diameter<5 cm,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:MARCKS,UHRF1,HIF-1α,and CDK12 are highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues and closely related to tumor staging and lymph node metastasis.they can serve as important biomarkers to guide clinical treatment.关键词
