摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the predictive value of intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)parameters combined with fractional flow reserve(FFR)in the long term prognosis of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 80 patients treated with PCI admitted to Caoxian County Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects. All patients were examined by IVUS parameters and FFR.The patients were divided into a poor prognosis group and a good prognosis group according to the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events, and the predictive value of IVUS parameter combined with FFR in the long-term prognosis of PCI patients was analyzed. Results:Among the 80 patients,21 patients were included in the poor prognosis group, accounting for 26.25%.The plaque load, plaque area, remodeling index and eccentricity index in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group, and FFR was lower than those in the good prognosis group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The receiver operation characteristic curve showed that the area under the curve of plaque load, plaque area, remodeling index, eccentricity index,FFR and combined detection to predict the long-term prognosis of PCI patients were all>0.70,and the combined detection was the highest. Conclusion:IVUS parameter combined with FFR detection has high prognostic value in PCI patients, and can evaluate the prognosis of PCI patients.关键词
