X70管线钢涂覆渗铝及阳极氧化制备氧化铝涂层试验
Experiment on preparation of alumina coating on X70 pipeline steel by aluminizing and anodizing

Abstract
Taking the X70 pipeline steel as the research object,an aluminum coating was prepared on the surface of the sam-ple by the continuous aluminizing method.The limitation of small coating thickness was overcome by the double acid combi-nation and shortening oxidation time,and a microporous alumina layer was formed on the outside.The influence of anodizing process parameters on the preparation of alumina layer was studied by the single factor experiment combined with the scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The corrosion resistance of samples with different coatings was analyzed by electrochemical and seawater corrosion tests.The results show that the oxidation time of 3 min,the current density of 2.5 A·dm-2,the mass concentration of 30 g·L-1 sulfuric acid+100 g·L-1 citric acid was the best combination of parameters.The corrosion resistance of anodized samples was improved by about 10%compared with that of coated aluminized samples.The weight loss per unit surface area of uncoated,coated aluminized and anodized samples was 0.38,0.14 and 0.04 mg·cm-2,respectively.The data shows that the preparation of alumina layer outside the aluminum coating can significantly improve the seawater corrosion resistance of X70 pipeline steel.关键词
