摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of vascular ultrasound technology in the diagnosis of hemiplegia combined with lower extremity venous thrombosis(DVT).Methods:Data of 60 patients with hemiplegia combined with DVT treated in Dong'a County People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were retrospectively analyzed and classified as the study group.Data of 60 patients with hemiplegia but no lower extremity venous thrombosis recruited during the same period were collected and analyzed and classified as the control group. Both groups underwent color Doppler ultrasonography(CDUS).Using the comprehensive clinical diagnosis results as the gold standard, the diagnostic efficiency of vascular ultrasound technology was evaluated by comparing the consistency of CDUS diagnosis results with the gold standard, and the internal diameter of deep venous in the two groups were compared. Results:The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 96.61%(57/59),95.08%(58/61),95.83%(115/120),95.00%(57/60),96.67%(58/60)respectively.The Kappa value was 0.917,indicating a high diagnostic consistency with clinical diagnosis. The Internal diameter of deep venous of common femoral vein, superficial femoral vein, deep femoral vein, popliteal vein, medial gastrocuemius vein and posterior tibial vein in the study group were greater than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vascular ultrasound technique has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of hemiplegia combined with DVT,and can effectively assist clinical decision-making in early diagnosis. At the same time, the increase of Internal diameter of deep venous can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic index of DVT.关键词
