γ-Al2O3负载Ni-Fe催化剂的制备及其催化NH3分解性能
Preparation on Ni-Fe catalyst supported by γ-Al2O3 and its catalytic performance in ammonia decomposition

Abstract
Ammonia is an important hydrogen carrier,and its decomposition can release stored hydrogen energy.In order to meet the current industrial demands for high hydrogen production rates and cost-effective catalysts in the ammonia decomposi-tion process,this study utilized Ni(NO3)2·6H2O,Fe(NO3)3·9H2O,and γ-Al2O3 as raw materials to prepare various nickel-based catalysts for ammonia decomposition via impregnation method.The study investigated the effect of directed cata-lytic decomposition of ammonia for hydrogen production under different conditions,and characterized the catalysts'structures using single-point BET,SEM,TEM,XRD,and H2-TPR techniques.The results show that the Ni-Fe/Al2O3 catalyst with the heating temperature of 500℃and the precursor solution concentration of 20%has the largest Ni dispersion and the high-est catalytic activity.When the flow rate of NH3+N2 mixer was controlled at 40+200 mL/min and the reaction temperature was 600℃,the ammonia conversion rate of the material was 91.3%.关键词
