用于高性能双碳锂离子电容器的氮掺杂有序介孔碳的制备及其性能
Synthesis and properties of symmetrical Li-ion capacitor based on nitrogen-doped ordered mesoporous carbon
摘要
Abstract
The ordered mesoporous material(CMK-3)was doped with nitrogen by high temperature ammonification.The e-lectronic structure,nitrogen doping amount and type of the ordered mesoporous material(NC-T)were optimized by adjusting the calcination temperature.It is found that the NC-700 prepared at a calcination temperature of 700℃has 3.79%nitrogen doping,comprising 1.38%active pyridine nitrogen and 0.96%pyrrole nitrogen.When NC-700 is used as the LICs cathode material,the specific capacity of CMK-3 is increased by nearly 60%compared with the undoped ordered mesoporous carbon material.When NC-700 is used as both cathode and anode materials to form symmetrical LICs,the energy density of 225 W·h·kg-1 can be reached at a power density of 230 W·kg-1.关键词
