Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of occupational therapy based on Person-Environment-Operation(PEO)model in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hemiplegia after stroke treated in Jinan Third People's Hospital from August 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the study group received occupational therapy intervention based on PEO model.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The limb motor function,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale and Barthel Index scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the study group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status in Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of occupational therapy based on PEO model in patients with hemiplegia after stroke can improve their limb motor function and daily living ability,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
