Research Progress of CAR-T Cell Therapy in the Treatment of Esophageal Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Chimeric antigen receptor T cells(CAR-T)therapy has shown good therapeutic effects in he-matological malignancies.At the same time,CAR-T cells for solid tumors also show great potential.Esophageal cancer has a high incidence and mortality rate in China.Traditional surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy have varying degrees of shortcomings.It is an urgent need for new treatment methods to make up for the short-comings of current treatment.In this review,the problems and coping strategies of CAR-T theranostics in the treatment of esophageal cancer are discussed,to provide reference for the basic and clinical research of esoph-ageal cancer.关键词
