摘要

Abstract

Objective To fabricate a biomimetic nanoparticle,that is enveloped by the membrane of tumor cells and to explore the photothermal effect and its impact on esophageal cancer cells.Methods Encapsulation of esophageal cancer cell membrane onto nano core surface using liposome extruder to synthe-size nanoparticles,CCM@PLGA-PEG-OXA-ICG(CCM@POI NPs).The morphology,particle size,Zeta potential,and other physical and chemical characteristics of this nanoparticle were analyzed.Additionally,the photothermal effect and temperature stability under 808nm near-infrared laser irradiation were investigated.Its impact on the proliferation,migration,and invasion ability of esophageal cancer cells.was studied.Results The CCM@POI NPs nanoparticles were successfully synthesized,which exhibit rapid heating capa-bilities upon 808nm near-infrared laser irradiation and demonstrate excellent photothermal cycling perform-ance.The combined application of photothermal therapy significantly suppresses the proliferation,migration,and invasion of esophageal cancer cells.Conclusion The combination of CCM@POI NPs biomimetic nan-oparticles and photothermal therapy can enhance anti-tumor effects and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer.
