壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀法对带状疱疹后神经痛小鼠Wnt3a/β-catenin通路的影响
Effect of Zhuang medicine lotus acupuncture cupping stasis therapy on Wnt3a/β-catenin pathway in mice with post herpetic neuralgia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Zhuang medicine lotus acupuncture cupping stasis therapy on the behavior of mice with post herpetic neuralgia and its mechanism on Wnt3a/β-catenin pathway.Methods:Forty mice were randomly divided into control group,post herpetic neuralgia(PHN)group,positive(JBPD)group and Zhuang medicine lotus acupuncture(ZY)group,with 10 mice in each group.The PHN model was prepared by intraperitoneal injection of resin toxin and then observe the mechanical foot withdrawal threshold(PWT)and thermal pain threshold(TWL)of each group.The contents of NR2B and NK-1 were detected by ELISA,and the expressions of Wnt3a and Axin2 were detected by Western blot and immunohistochemistry.Results:Compared with control group,PWT de-creased and TWL increased after modeling.Compared the PHN group,the PWT of the JBPD group and the ZY group increased significantly and the TWL decreased significantly in the 3rd and 4th node behavioral tests(all P<0.05).Compared with the JBPD group,the PWT of the ZY group increased significantly and TWL decreased significantly at the 6th node(all P<0.05).Compared with control group,the expression of NR2B and NK-1 in PHN Group was sig-nificantly increased(all P<0.05),while the expression of NR2B and NK-1 in JBPD group and ZY group was signifi-cantly decreased compared with PHN group(all P<0.05).Compared with control group,Wnt3a expression was in-creased and Axin2 expression was decreased in PHN group(all P<0.05).Compared with PHN group,Wnt3a ex-pression in JBPD group and ZY group was significantly decreased,and Axin2 expression was increased(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of PHN with Zhuang medicine lotus acupuncture cupping stasis therapy may inhibit or block the Wnt3a/β-catenin pathway,inhibit the release of neurotransmitters,and thus relieve hyperalgesia and play an analgesic role.关键词
