从肝脾归经角度探析《本草纲目》治疗黄疸药物
Analysis of Drugs for Treating Jaundice in Compendium of Materia Medica from the Angle of Liver and Spleen Meridian
摘要
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that jaundice is closely related to the liver and spleen,and the physiological functions of the liver,such as blood storage,main drainage,and spleen main transport are directly involved in the occurrence and development of jaundice.Compendium of Materia Medica which written by Li Shizhen,is an important treatise on materia medica in the history of Chinese medicine.According to the collation and research of the drugs for the treatment of jaundice in the book,a total of 103 drugs were found,including grass,fruit and wood,vegetable and grain,human and poultry,and inform-ative substances,and many of them were classified into the liver and spleen.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the relation-ship between the liver and spleen and the jaundice from the drugs used in Compendium of Materia Medica to treat jaundice as well as the related treatment methods based on the liver and spleen.In order to provide some ideas and reference for the clinical treatment of icterus with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
