吉雷开窍汤联合西药治疗对胆腑郁热型慢性鼻窦炎患儿鼻腔菌群和鼻腔功能的影响
Effect of Jilei Kaiqiao decoction combined with western medicine treatment on nasal flora and nasal function in patients with bile-vessel depression-heat type chronic sinusitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Jilei Kaiqiao decoction combined with western medicine on the nasal flora and nasal function of child patients with bile-vessel depression-heat type chronic sinusitis(CRS).Methods:Seventy-two pediatric patients with cholestasis-type CRS were selected and divided into the experimental group and the conventional group using the randomized numeric table method.The conventional group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Jilei Kaiqiao decoction combined with west-ern medicine.The clinical efficacy and SNOT-20 scale before and after treatment were recorded,and the changes in nasal flora and nasal function before and after treatment were detected,as well as the serum-related factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6),and interferon gamma(IFN-γ)]levels.Results:After treatment,SNOT-20 score,nasal flora,nasal function,IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly lower in both groups than before treat-ment,and experimental group was lower than conventional group(all P<0.05).The level of IFN-γin experimental group after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jilei Kaiqiao decoction combined with western medicine treatment can effectively improve the condition and symptoms of children with bile-vessel de-pression-heat type CRS,reduce the number of nasal flora,and effectively restore the function of the nasal cavity.关键词
