Treatment of Bradyc ardiac Arrhythmia Based on the theory of"Stagnation of Deficiency-Qi"
摘要
Abstract
This paper discusses the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of bradycardia arrhythmia in traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of"stagnation of deficiency qi".The main cause of bradycardiac arrhythmia is root deficiency and branch excess.Root deficiency presents with heart yang qi insufficiency,while branch excess results in the stagnation of blood,qi,and phlegm.Clinically,the theory of"supplementing deficiency and promoting stagnation"provides insights into warming and nourishing the heart Yang,as well as supplementing qi and dredging blood vessels.The method of removing blood stasis,regulating qi,and resolving phlegm can be used to increase the ventricular rate,offering ideas for the clinical treatment of brady-cardiac arrhythmia.关键词
